We developed this 2-day clock-building workshop to include various aspects of our Woodworking with Hand Tools workshop for those who prefer a 2-day project-oriented class.
Each student will master a range of basic woodworking skills including edge-tool sharpening and using hand tools (saws, planes, chisels and hand routers). The student will also learn traditional layout methods in preparation for hand joinery. Included in this class is the use of the plow plane.
Students will build this traditional wall clock from solid native American black walnut or black cherry. Please specify your choice of wood when registering for this class.
In order to secure your place in a class, we must receive your full registration fee for any class costing less than $1,000.00.
This class is currently not scheduled. If you’d like to take this class, please email us. If we get enough interest in this class, we will schedule a date for it.
